Monday Jeff's grilled chicken with baked beans and green salad This was all leftover from Sunday lunch, but it was so good, we were happy to eat it again one day later.
Tuesday Shepherds Pie
Wednesday Spaghetti Lasagna this uses cottage cheese and there is a carton in our fridge that really needs to be used.
Thursday Chicken tacos made with Jalapeno Cheddar Tortillas
Friday Hearty Ham Casserole
Saturday lunch Pork Loin Sandwiches
Saturday supper Pinto beans with Mexican cornbread
Sunday hopefully a beef roast with carrots and potatoes if I find a nice one when I shop for groceries later in the week.

I'm have chicken tacos this week too. I'm going to have to try those jalapeno tortillas to go with it. I've got lots of them from my garden to use. I've had good luck with most of Tammy's recipes that I've tried.
