I love it when I don't have to buy too many groceries. Lately, Jos won't let me go as it makes me tired. He has been doing all the grocery shopping. I just tried a new recipe yesterday when a quilting friend came to have dinner with me and it was so good. I had a little leftover for a light lunch with Jos and he loved it. That is going to become a permanent part of our my recipe file. And I love that I can plan chicken for dinner and cook too much so I have some left to make the casserole.
