Gavin is 6 months old and had his first rice cereal this week. His mom says he likes it just fine.
So, I've been on a search for a high chair for him when he is at my house and I think I found the perfect one from Fisher Price.
This is Gavin's first time to sit in it.
He pounded his tray and seemed to be saying "hey Grandma, this is nice, but how about some bananas or Teddy Grahams while I sit here?"
A side view - it's called a Fisher Price - Healthy Care Deluxe Booster Seat - and it fastens easily to a regular dining chair. I bought it at Walmart for $24.
What a sweetie boy - his new chair seems to fit him just fine. For all you followers my Rhonda was born to be a mother - her parenting skills are a pure joy to watch and the best part, not only is she excellent at caring for children, she loves every minute of it. There, her Mother has had her say. RoRo
ReplyDeleterice cereal....yum! At least the babies think so, huh!
ReplyDeleteLove the high chair. That's what I need for Mr. E in a couple months. Thanks for showing it.
ReplyDeleteJust found you on the web. Like your site. We got Anna a chair just like that - then someone gave us a high chair. Now, we just keep that chair in the van for use at church during lunch and potluck dinners.
ReplyDeleteHe is adorable. :)
Blessings,
~Martie
We have one pf these for little grandson Sam too. So much easier to store than a big high chair!:)
ReplyDeleteOur little Sophia just started rice cereal also--seems to like it:)

I will have to check this out. My grandson is 7 months old now so this would be perfect. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie!
ReplyDeleteYour grandson is adorable! First time on your blog and I love it. Love seeing the materials and crafts. Your daughter was a very pretty bride.
ReplyDeleteThis week I sent my five year old grandson near Tulsa this cookie maker robot gadget that was in the Williams-Sonoma catalog. I SOOO don't know how to pick out things for little boys! (I had two girls. Very different!) But my daughter said he's into cooking. He seemed to love Grammy sending it. And she was off to Walmart for cookie dough ingredients. So we'll see! Fun being a grandma, huh!

He's adorable!
ReplyDeleteRhonda,
ReplyDeleteHe is adorable. I'm kind of sad that none of my grandchildren need a high chair anymore. Heck, I can hardly lift a couple of them. How did we ever get through a day before we had these "sweeties" to make us smile?

ReplyDeleteI can't believe how big Gavin has gotten! And he's still just as adorable as ever. :-)
