Saturday's yard sale finds

For more bargain treasures, go to Rhoda's Party at Southern Hospitality.
Jeff and I went to about 5 yard sales Saturday morning. My favorite find was this set of 8 green goblets, they were 10 cents each.
Anyone know if they are something valuable?

other small finds
brand new hair ties - free
2 snowmen towels - 25 cents each
Restoration Hardware green urn - 50 cents

the urn still had it's original $16 price tag on the bottom

Tupperware - 25 cents each

a dozen nice wooden hangars $1

and Jeff is very happy with his find - a drill press for $20

  1. The goblets are so pretty and what a buy. They look like Depression Glass but not 100% sure. I usually looks up pieces like that on ebay to see.

  6. What a great buy on those hangers!! My closet is in desperate need of hangers, or maybe I should just get rid of some stuff.... no, I think I'll just go thrifting to see if I can find a good buy like you did and expand my hanging capabilities.

  13. I don't know anything about the goblets' worth. But shoot, I had some of those I bid on and won on eBay a few weeks ago. And wouldn't you know the lady tripped on the way down the stairs with my ready to mail package of goblets and they broke! Poor woman, she was okay. But not my goblets. Just not meant to be yet I guess. I'm glad you found some though!

  22. You got the coolest things! Restoration Hardware is the neatest store...and everything is so pricey! My mom had some brown goblets just like your green ones when I was young.
