For most of 2008, I followed Heidi's plan of celebrating the seasons, enjoying the current season and not rushing to the next one until it was time for it. I usually put up snowmen and snow-themed decorations in January when I pack away Christmas. But we have already had so much bitter cold weather that when I looked at my box of snow things, I was not amused and did not smile.
So for 2009, I went straight from Christmas to Valentines.
How pretty! I wish I had a Valentine's Day tree!!

What a beautiful valentine tree--the doily is just precious.

Very cute valentine's decorations. I think we'll all be ready for Spring this year! I did enjoy our rare snow this past week though!
ReplyDeleteWhat a really cute idea!
ReplyDeleteYour Valentine's tree is beautiful. I was going to put mine up today but need Jos' help to get to the box. So I decided that I will wait and see what the hospital says tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed the news won't be too earth shattering and I can start decorating for this next season ~ the season of love. :) I am glad you are inspired now to not rush the seasons too.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your sweet comments on my blog. I will keep you informed once I know more...
Hugs ~
